Turkey breasts, legs and thighs, slow cooked and wood oven roasted. Pan gravy from the overnight turkey drippings. Italian sausage and focaccia stuffing made with turkey stock. Whipped Yukon Gold Potatoes, light and fluffy, ready for some gravy. Wood Oven roasted vegetables with applewood smoked bacon. Cranberry, ginger and orange chutney. Roasted sweet potatoes with a maple reduction and candied pecans. Soft dinner rolls, perfect for dinner or leftovers.
